Refund policy
Membership payments are non-refundable. Please review the selected plan, price and billing frequency before completing checkout.
Recurring memberships
Monthly and yearly memberships are recurring plans where applicable. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the applicable billing terms; it does not create a refund for a payment already completed.
Lifetime membership
The lifetime option is a one-time payment and does not renew periodically.
Payment or activation problems
If you were charged but membership was not activated, or believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
